DiadaniBeauty.com offers free ground shipping within the continental USA on all orders over $60. We also ship to CANADA and most EU countries. International shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, duties and customs fees. These charges can vary and are not easily calculated at time of sale. Customers should be prepared to pay these fees at time of delivery. We are not responsible for the additional fees charged within your country by local customs and duties.
DAMAGES

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Support@Diadani.com We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged products are required.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, that is out of our control. Please contact local post office for those concerns. Ground delivery takes 1-5 days after the shipping confirmation has been sent, depending on where you are in the U.S.
RETURN POLICY

All sales on DiadaniBeauty.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, for the general reason of dissatisfaction or any other reason. All ingredients are disclosed on each product page. Please check the listing to make sure no allergy could exist before purchasing any of our products as we cannot allow returns or refunds after they have been opened. Please check your purchase before opening or using the products to ensure you have the product you ordered. We encourage you to contact us for product recommendations based on your individual needs. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items within seven days of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be granted following the seven days after delivery.
